PARK

WETLAND NATURE PARK, BBR

We led this project from inception, beginning with site analysis through to design development and implementation. The landscape masterplan integrates environmental sensitivity, functional spaces, and a long-term vision to support the growing community.

The project is currently ongoing and has received awards for its design excellence.

APARTMENT

SENTRAL SUITES, KUALA LUMPUR

The development of Sentral Suites is located along Jalan Tun Sambanthan, within a well-connected urban setting surrounded by residential and commercial areas.

The design of this high-end residence draws inspiration from the vibrant cultural and culinary heritage of Little India Brickfields, reflected through its colours, forms, and landscape expression.

A selection of lifestyle amenities, including an infinity pool, facilities deck, and playscape, is provided to support an active, healthy lifestyle while enhancing residents’ comfort and sense of community.

TOWNSHIP

VISION BUSINESS PARK

MDLA led the project from sketch design through to implementation for the 750-acre Vision Business Park by Sime Darby Property, shaping a boutique industrial concept where landscape drives identity. The masterplan enhances biodiversity, mitigates urban heat island effects, manages stormwater, and creates worker-friendly green networks through ecological corridors, shading strategies, and resilient planting for long-term environmental performance.

HOUSING

DAYANA NILAI IMPIAN

Nilai Impian Community Park is thoughtfully planned as a vibrant social node that encourages interaction across all age groups. The space supports community gatherings through its strategic proximity to key activity zones, including the playscape, kampung-style pavilion, and informal kick-about area.

This arrangement fosters a seamless flow between passive and active recreation, creating an inclusive environment where families, children, and residents can connect, relax, and engage in shared experiences

IDENTITY

RESEARCH + DESIGN

MDLA designed wayfinding, outdoor signage, sculptures, artworks, and iconic shelters to enhance identity and legibility. These elements create memorable spaces, strengthen sense of place, and establish distinctive landmarks, making the development easily recognisable and navigable for users and visitors.
